These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Movie ("the App"), developed and operated by Moosia LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

Certain features require you to sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credits and Purchases

The App uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through in-app purchases and are consumed when you use AI generation features. Credits do not expire and roll over indefinitely. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's App Store policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent security features, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App's operation.
• Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the App's AI features may not be unique and similar outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Moosia LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moosia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
